With over 20 years in learning and development, Alysha specializes in crafting impactful training programs that drive growth and enhance performance. As a PROSCI-certified Change Management Practitioner, she leads instructional teams to design solutions that empower employees at scale.
Notably, she’s steering a training initiative for 35,000 users in a major Workforce Management rollout across a university and healthcare system. Her experience spans industry giants like Forever 21, BCBGMaxAzria, and UKG, with skills in instructional design, change management, and program evaluation.
